International Shipping:
International shipping uses USPS Priority shipping. The usual arrival date of a package is 7-10 business days, however customs can hold packages, extending the arrival date. Some custom fees may apply, H&C Creations is not liable to pay these fees or any delays caused by customs. Please note that arrival times vary based on location. At this time H&C Creations does not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns. However in the rare instance that an item is defective, please contact us within two days of receiving your shipment once the two day allotment passes, we are no longer liable. Once an order is placed there can be no cancellations of the order. All shipping fees are non refundable.
